Flood Restoration Technician. (Experienced or Trainee)
Avenue Restoration Services has a position open for a Remediation Technician. The Technician would be responsible for day to day tasks related to water damages and repairs. The position includes a rotating on-call schedule and the possibility of after-hours and/or overtime work.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Timely completion of tasks as per work orders
• Providing quality workmanship
• Maintaining a clean, safe and healthy work site environment at all times
• Providing prompt, professional, polite, and respectful service to all clients
• Maintaining personal appearance in accordance with the company image and standards
• Promptly communicating with the office information pertaining to the job site and projects
• Completing and submitting all paperwork and supporting documents to the project coordinator on a daily basis
• Maintaining the company vehicle and equipment to conform with the company image and as per company standards and practices
CHOSEN CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
• Ability to work independently as well as within a team
• Be a self-starter with excellent time management skills
• Ability to work under pressure and multi-task
• Strong communication skills
• Attention to details
QUALIFICATION:
• Valid BC Driver’s license and clear driver’s record
• Restoration or construction related experience
• Basic computer skills
• Flood Restoration Technician Certificate is an asset, however the company will provide certification courses and training for the right candidate
